Chicken Wings & Fried Rice

I seriously love variety! but I seriously LOVE easy meals! especially when I was in the earlier stages of my pregnancy I hated spending time in the kitchen because all the smells would trigger me to be so nauseous.


Chicken Wings:

  • Chicken wings of course
  • Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce, BBQ sauce & Honey
    marinate for 30 minutes before oven cooking


Fried Rice:

  • Pre-cooked rice packet (pop in pan and cook)
  • Add frozen beans/carrot & peas packet
  • Add GF soy sauce
  • Honey

Your meal will be complete before you know it! I alternate whatever veggies I have left in the fridge to use and build my stir fry.
