Chunky Orange & Coconut Protein Balls
I love making protein balls, slices and whatever else has a little bit of coconut to it that I can keep in the fridge as weekly sweet go-to’s. I like that I never have to miss out on eating a treat, or ever feel guilty because I know every ingredient going into it has a benefit to my body.
TO MAKE IT
Dates (20), Sultana’s (1/4 cup), Cacao Powder (2 tsp), 180 Nutrition Coconut Protein (1 scoop), almond meal (1/2 cup), coconut cream (4 tbsp), coconut sugar (1/4 cup), desiccated coconut (1/2 cup), coconut oil (2 tbsp), doTERRA wild orange essential oil (5 drops).
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until solidly combined with a sticky texture.
Roll into balls and coat with more desiccated coconut before refrigerating to store.
