I feel like coming across a product you truly want to trust in is so hard now. How do you take someones word for it without getting confused by their probable payment to endorse it? This is when I decided nope! I am going to do my own research. I wanted to find a high strength probiotic that aligns with my needs of pregnancy, mamahood and beyond. A probiotic safe for every stage of life and consumable in other ways!

I had always consumed Bioceutical probiotics but in Darwin they have been very hard to get my hands on. I decided to try Pono Probiotics after doing my own research and found confidence in them. I loved that they were manufactured in Australia and I love their brand focus of families.

I truly believe probiotics are the one thing you need to take everyday in life. The kind of hidden additives they put in foods needs the balance of good bacteria to keep your stomach happy. I began adding probiotics to my daily years after I was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I wish I started earlier but I didn’t know their was a need. I didn’t know their was a need until I realised what had been missing all along.

My gut was so incredibly unhappy and unsatisfied from low aborpstion due to coeliacs and a recovering small intestine vili. It takes over a year from your vili to heal and grow back after you consume gluten as a coeliac. It is dangerous for your health now and in future. If your not a coeliac, that doesn’t concern you but nowadays a lot of people are battling other gut health issues unknowingly due to foods and not balancing their lifestyle with a good probiotic.

I have been adding my probiotics to my smoothies which have been an easy way to ensure I am consuming above and beyond quantities of good bacteria! If not my smoothie, then a bowl of yoghurt, cereal or even your glass of water if you add the greens probiotic powder!

  • Frozen banana x 2 (small)
  • Greek Yoghurt (table spoon)
  • Almond milk (1/2 cup)
  • Cacao powder (2 tsp)
  • maple syrup (1 tsp)
  • Pono Probiotic Coconut Manuka Honey Powder ( 1 tsp)
