The truth is, I am not the best chef in the room, I am not a nutritionist or a person who avoids eating out. I am just a mum. I am a mum who once actually dreamed of being in this position. You know… cooking for my family. It was in my first pregnancy I became really aware of food. Aware of how much I wanted to eat everything and anything. Nine months later I realised not only did I birth a baby but now I had to work off the extra food I consumed that went no where beneficial.
