    For someone who suffers with a sensitive tummy these recipes make food exciting again. The food makes you feel good without being bland and boring or making me bloat like a balloon. I was surprised to find the ingredients didn’t break the bank either. I’ve always found it hard to eat healthy exciting meals without it costing a fortune so this was a very nice surprise.     This is an absolutely fantastic resource. I struggle with insulin resistance so find it hard to make sure I’m eating what I need for a healthy pregnancy. These recipes are easy and so yummy and a really easy way to take care of your growing baby.

    This ebook is just put together so well. Having the Mama tips, the grocery list and also the weekly planner was just amazing. Being a new Mama I underestimated the challenge of creating a beautiful meal that was not only yummy but also nutritional. This book allows you to plan and organise yourself and basically cuts out the ‘thinking’ and challenges behind, ‘what should we have for dinner tonight?’
