Spaghetti & Meatballs

You really can’t go wrong with a solid, wholehearted spag bowl. It is a must in every month to bite your pride, and taste the carbs! (Gluten Free carbs of course).



  • 500g mince
  • 2 x eggs
  • 1/4 gluten free bread crumbs
  • 1/3 rice flour
  • virgin olive oil
  • rosemary
  • oregano
  • basil
  • himalayan salt
  • pepper

Simply – combine all of these ingredients with your hands and roll into small meatballs – place on a pan on medium heat with olive oil and cook both sides until cooked through



  • Whole peeled canned tomatoes
  • tomato paste
  • Dash of red wine
  • garlic
  • onion powder
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Basil

Combine all ingredients and pour over the meatballs and simmer on low heat until well combined.


  • Barilla – Gluten Free Spaghetti

I find Barilla has the best texture for gluten free pasta, it’s the easiest to cook also. Follow directions as per packet.

To serve, dish out pasta & serve with meatballs and sauce on top.
