Do you ever have one of those meal times where you literally have no taste for anything? You know you need to eat, but you don’t know what the heck to actually eat. This happens to me most often on a weekend when I don’t have a set schedule or things to do!
My favourite go to quick andeasy meal is a fresh fruit bowl.
- 1 x paw paw, or papaya fruit (scoop out seeds)
Combine all together, grab a spoon and enjoy!
