I say call these “Whole-Heart Pancakes” because their not exactly my usual nutrient/protein rich pancakes I would make. These are just quick, on the go, delicious and fluffy pancakes that your making as a treat or a group!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup self raising gluten free flour
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 1//3 cup lactose free milk (almond, macadamia, skim any milk your heart desires)
- 1 x egg
- dash of vanilla extra
Mix all those ingredients together, adding more milk until it is the right consistency! Add coconut oil to your pan and fry! I drizzle 100% pure maple syrup, crushed raspberries, fresh blueberries and strawberries to serve.
