TO MAKE IT
organic rolled oats (2 cups), chia seeds (2 tbsp), golden flaxseed (2 tbsp), Almond milk (4 cups), vanilla bean paste (1 tsp), cultured yoghurt or kefir (6 tbsp), cinnamon (1/2 tsp), dates (6),
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir. Refrigerate overnight and grab and go!
Optional: top with seeds, nuts, muesli, fruit or hemp seeds.
